I am always pleasantly surprised when they are able to complete my orders within very tight deadlines without compromising the beautiful designs, and the high quality awards. Peter and his design tam have come up with some beautiful designs for me and my team over the years and they have earned my business for life.

Acting on a referral I contacted Meadowlark Memorials. I had a list of design elements that were important to me but little to no understanding of what was possible. Carl was knowledgeable, patient, and offered viable solutions. I was extremely satisfied with the result. It was a collaborative process from beginning to end. I highly recommend them.

Terrible service. I got a quote at least a month ago to replace a doorlite and put some reflective film in the interior of our commercial unit. All I wanted to know is whether they could come down on price at all.I have called at least a half dozen times, sent multiple emails and have received no response from Rick.I got Rick (not sure if he's the owner) on the phone twice where he made promises to 'get right back to me'. However, he does not call back, respond to email or voicemails.I can't believe this is how they treat clients who are trying to give them business, therefor I've decided to shop elsewhere.Beware of this company, they definitely do not appreciate the 'small business' clients and you'll be treated second class by Rick.

I ordered a trophy from Trophy Gallery back in 2018, and the quality was amazing.Fast forward a few years, and I had to update the name plates on the trophy.Dean, one of the team members, worked diligently with me to ensure that I received what I was asking for.The customer service was incredible. My recent order came in with incorrect plate sizes. I emailed in and within 12 hours of my email, I received confirmation that my new corrected plates were already in the mail. I even received a tracking number.I would highly recommend Trophy Gallery to anyone who is looking for a trophy for any occasion.Keep up the great work!

Got a broken trophy from Trofeo Expert, and when they sent a replacement, that too was broken. In the end, I assembled an intact trophy using parts from the two broken ones. Will not be shopping with them again.UPDATE: Trofeo Expert contends that the transportation caused the trophies to break, which I respectfully disagree with. Both trophies were wrapped extremely tight in plastic wrap which caused delicate appendages and thin walls to break under the pressure. Had the trophies been packed with more care and in a way that protected the delicate portions of the trophy, they would have more than likely arrived intact.
